🚨 Ethereum postpones Glamsterdam upgrade testing!
⚠️ The Ethereum Foundation announced a delay to activating the upgrade on the Hoodi testnet, which had been scheduled for October 26, 2026.
🔍 Reason: More technical review is needed of how proposal EIP-8037 interacts with smart contracts.
📉 Will the delay affect investor confidence in ETH?
The delay applies to the testnet; it does not mean that the Ethereum mainnet has stopped or that a confirmed issue has occurred.
