PANews, Oct. 25 — U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis said in a post that Democrats had previously called for lowering Regulation Crypto’s annual fundraising cap from $75 million to $50 million and adding a $200 million lifetime fundraising cap. Lummis said the parties involved had agreed to both requests and included them in the CLARITY Act, but she also accused Democratic lawmakers of ultimately voting against rules she had drafted earlier to protect retail investors.
