$WLD World ID Has a Bigger Opportunity, but Token Supply Is the Real Test 👀

I’m watching WLD because its latest identity developments are arriving at a difficult moment for the token. The project is building a real use case around proving someone is human online, while traders are still dealing with substantial supply pressure.

The most interesting development is World ID’s expansion into financial services and AI identity verification. World has introduced an identity suite for banks and financial firms, and its Zoom verification product is now generally available to help detect deepfake impersonation. As AI-generated content becomes harder to distinguish from real people, this problem is becoming increasingly relevant.

But the market has another number to consider: 100.1 million WLD tokens were scheduled to unlock on October 24, representing roughly 1% of the token’s maximum supply. An unlock does not mean every token will be sold, but it can create additional selling pressure when demand is weak.

WLD recently traded near $0.467, with a reported 24-hour decline of about 3%. The important question now is whether buyers can absorb supply and defend the recent lows.

My WLDUSDT trading plan:

🟢 Bullish confirmation: Reclaim $0.484 and hold above it with stronger buying volume. A sustained breakout could bring $0.50 into focus.

🔴 Bearish confirmation: Lose the $0.458–$0.460 support area and fail to recover it. That would leave the market vulnerable to another leg down.

My view: World is addressing a genuine problem in the AI era, but a strong product story does not automatically translate into token demand. I want to see sustained adoption, improving price structure and buyers absorbing supply before trusting a recovery.

The opportunity is real only if demand can keep up with supply.
