But the 03:00–07:00 candle has not closed, so there’s no confirmation yet. I’m not treating this move above the level as a reclaim: the intraday price and the candle close are two different things.

The next checkpoint is the exchange-standard 4-hour candle closing at 07:00 on Oct. 25: a close above $0.3293 would confirm a reclaim of the old low, and I would change my assessment then; a close at or below it would mean the level has not yet been reclaimed.
