$BTC Can Buyers Break the Descending Channel?

Bitcoin is testing whether the recent low can become the starting point for a meaningful recovery. Price is trading near $80,210, while the hourly chart still shows a descending channel and repeated rejection from lower highs.

Entry Zone: $79,200 – $79,600

Stop Loss: Below $79,000

TP1: $80,800 – $81,400

TP2: $82,000

TP3: $82,800

Why This Setup Matters

BTC recently dropped to $79,220.74, where buyers attempted to defend the market. This level is the key short-term support area visible on the chart. A sustained hold above this low could support a recovery toward the $80,800–$81,400 resistance zone, where previous price action may trigger selling pressure.

The descending channel remains important because the market has continued to form lower highs. A move above the channel’s upper boundary, supported by stronger buying volume, would improve the bullish outlook. If Bitcoin clears the first resistance zone, the next upside objective is around $82,000, followed by a possible move toward $82,800.

However, the rebound is not confirmed yet. Failure to hold the $79,200 area could expose BTC to further downside, so chasing a bounce without confirmation carries additional risk.

Confirmation: Look for a strong hourly close above $81,400 with increased volume.

Invalidation: A decisive breakdown below $79,200 weakens the recovery setup.

Trade carefully, use risk management, and wait for confirmation before entering.
