For the same trade, why are the fees different for a limit order and a market order?
Futures trading fees are calculated based on the notional value of the filled order—that is, the fill price multiplied by the quantity—not the margin used.
Don’t switch a stop-loss order to a limit order just to save on fees. If the market moves quickly, the losses from an unfilled order could be much greater.
For comparison, the market data shows: $BTC current price 80892.65 (24h -1.04%).
