【Bitcoin wicked down to 81,099! Is a rebound opportunity here, or do we keep holding on?】
Bitcoin continues to trade sideways, and the market is pretty dull. Here’s a quick update: it wicked down to 81,099 tonight. For now, it looks like price has retested the recent short-term trend. The support around 80,800 still looks fairly solid. If tomorrow’s daily candle can close above 81,000, we could see a small-scale rebound. The daily MACD has returned to the zero line, and a bullish divergence on the 4-hour chart is offering some support to the market. 【❤️As shown in Figure 1】
The resistance levels are the same ones I’ve mentioned many times: around 83,200, and the narrower range from 84,300 to 85,200. Even if we get a rebound, it will probably be fairly limited, with the most likely target near the lower end of the 84,300 range. For a real recovery, we’ll need to see a breakout above 85,200!
Looking at the broader trend, there’s no sign that the pullback is over yet. We’ll keep waiting and watching the key levels. The 79,400 level has been lowered to 79,100. If Bitcoin moves sideways for a few more days, this support level will nearly overlap with the top of the 78,600–76,100 support zone. In the most extreme case, we could see the 75,000–73,000 range, but for now there’s no sign of a drop that deep—unless some black swan event throws a wrench in the works. Overall, the downside looks fairly limited, so just be patient!
