Come on over—I want to clear up something a lot of you have asked me about in the comments.

A lot of you see me write in my analyses: "We take 50% profit at TP1, 30% at TP2, and leave 20% for TP3," and wonder what that actually means in practice and why we don’t close everything all at once.

Let me explain it nice and simply, without too much technical jargon:

🧩 What do those percentages mean?

Imagine you entered the trade with 10 $BNB coins (or $100, to keep it simple). Those percentages aren’t based on the market price; they’re based on the size of your position:

  • 🎯 50% at TP1 ($745.00 USDT): This means you sell exactly half of what you bought (5 coins out of the 10 you had).

  • 🎯 30% at TP2 ($751.50 USDT): This means you sell 3 more coins.

  • 🎯 20% at TP3 ($762.00 USDT): This is the final portion (the remaining 2 coins) that you let run toward the final target.

💡 Why do we do it this way instead of selling everything at once?

For one golden reason: risk management and battle-tested psychology.

1️⃣ Lock in real money: The market won’t always move straight to the final target. Taking profit on 50% at the first resistance ($745.00 USDT) guarantees you a profit. You’ve already recovered part of your capital and are in the green. 2️⃣ Make the trade RISK-FREE: As soon as you take profit on that 50%, move your Stop Loss to your entry price (Break-Even). From that moment on, if the market suddenly reverses, it doesn’t matter: you won’t lose a single cent, and you’ve already locked in the TP1 profit. 3️⃣ Let your profits run without stress: Since you’ve already taken profit on 80% between TP1 and TP2 ($751.50 USDT) and you can’t lose money, you can let the remaining 20% run toward $762.00 USDT with a completely clear head, without fear or staring anxiously at the screen.
