KITE AI: GIVING AGENTS FREEDOM WITH LIMITS
I've been watching the shift from AI that answers questions to AI that can actually get things done. @Kite AI is tackling one practical problem: how can an agent pay for services without giving it unlimited access to our money?
Kite Passport lets users approve spending limits, transaction caps, and time windows using a passkey. Agents can then pay for supported APIs and services with USDC within those boundaries. Payments and activity can also be reviewed through its tools.
What interests me is the balance between independence and control. The limits are promising, but real trust will depend on how reliably they hold up when agents handle complex tasks, unexpected errors, and more services.
I'm curious to see whether developers and users embrace this model over time. An agent that can act is useful; one that can act within rules we can verify is far more meaningful.
