The White House said U.S. First Lady Melania Trump helped broker a partial ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, limited to the city of Oleshky. According to Sina Finance, citing a White House statement, the ceasefire will begin on October 29 and allow humanitarian aid and civilian evacuations through a “safe corridor.”
