$BIRB has formed a MACD golden cross on the daily chart (below the zero line).
A golden cross is when the fast line, DIF, crosses above the slow line, DEA. It’s calculated using moving averages, so it naturally lags. I use it as an alarm; before taking action, I still need to look at the price level. I won’t act until things settle down. It’s fine to miss part of the move.
