$PEPE |4-hour MACD|Bullish crossover above the zero line
Before considering your position, first understand MACD.
MACD was originally developed by Gerald Appel. Its commonly used settings are 12, 26, and 9. It uses the distance between the fast and slow EMAs to gauge price momentum.
The longer the bars in the opposite direction persist before a crossover, the clearer the preceding trend is. As a result, this crossover is often considered a little cleaner than one that occurs during sideways trading.
Don’t let a single number throw off your rhythm, and never gamble on a reading with borrowed money.
