$HYPE|Rebound observation after a pullback near the highs
The area near the high was around 95, and after pulling back to around 76, it started to rebound. The drop was not small, but in terms of pace it looks more like “a recovery after a sharp decline” rather than a one-way collapse followed by a grinding selloff.
How I would view this move:
1) First confirm whether the area around 76 holds and whether the rebound is supported by trading volume; don’t just look at one bullish candle
2) Treat the rebound phase primarily as an observation position / trial position; keep position size restrained, and don’t fully size in as if it were a trend
3) If it falls below the recent low again after rebounding and cannot reclaim it, then this setup is invalid; follow the stop-loss plan
When price pulls back from the highs and then bounces, opportunities and false moves often appear together. What you can make money from is a disciplined position, not betting that it will “definitely return to 95”.
