JPMorgan issued a report saying that recent U.S. regulatory actions have partly offset the gap left by the Clarity Act failing to pass.

According to The Block, two media outlets are following the story. The report says: These actions only partially offset the gap; rules that can provide lasting certainty are still missing.

In beginner-friendly terms: The bill getting held up doesn’t mean regulation has stopped. Regulators are taking action on their own, but those measures are temporary and could change at any time.

This news in itself doesn’t point to a rise or a fall. It changes where the rules come from.

Not investment advice.
