From a market positioning perspective:
“Hong Kong announces 18 new key enterprises, which could bring HK$84 billion in investment and create 26,700 jobs.”
After news like this comes out, I ask three money-related questions:
1. Which way are the big orders leaning?
2. Can trading volume for $SOL ($189 million over 24 hours) continue to grow?
3. Have large investors made any sizable transfers to trading platforms?
Only when all three point in the same direction can we say the news has been validated by the money; otherwise, it’s probably just noise.
It’s money—not the news itself—that really determines the price.
