The BNB Chain development team announced that the BNB Smart Chain testnet will undergo the Jenner hard fork upgrade on October 28. According to Foresight News, validators, node operators, block builders, and application developers should begin preparing for the upgrade. The Jenner upgrade includes the Payment Lane feature, which by default reserves 5% of block gas for eligible payments.
