Trump defended Vivek Ramaswamy after Amy Acton's mother publicly called her daughter a liar, blasting media for ignoring what he called a massive story.
"If my mother ever made those statements about ME, it would be a MAJOR news story, that's for sure," Trump said. "You would love EVERY INCH of it."
He accused the press of teaming up against Ramaswamy because he's a Republican, flipping the script on what would normally be front-page material. "If my mother, Mary McLeod Trump, said that about me, you'd have it as your NUMBER ONE story."
The remarks came as Acton's family drama drew minimal mainstream coverage—a sharp contrast to how similar stories involving GOP figures typically play out.
