$BTC fell 3% for a reason that has NOTHING to do with crypto. I’ll show you the exact rule I trade with on the 5m.
BTC fell from ~$84,840 (rejected at the downtrend) to ~$81,400. -2.9% overnight.
But crypto isn’t to blame:
• Tesla reported capex of $4.73B vs. $7.96B expected → doubts about AI spending • Nasdaq futures -1.3%, KOSPI -3.5% • Meanwhile, Brent is above $111 (Iran/Aramco) → inflation → interest rates • The only thing supporting the structure: +$1B in spot BTC ETFs this week
Next catalyst: the FOMC on the 28th (Warsh). Market: ~81% chance of a pause. If they turn hawkish, $80,800 could break quickly.
⚙️ My playbook (5m, Binance perps) Supertrend 10/3 + EMA 21/50 + BOLL 20/2 + VWAP + RSI 14 + ATR 14
Rule: I only enter when Supertrend and EMA 21/50 agree on direction, price pulls back to VWAP/EMA21, and RSI drops below 40. Stop = 1.5×ATR(14) below the low. Target = the next BOLL band or 2R.
📍 Today’s setup: • Entry: [your level] • Invalidation: [your level] (a 5m close below = thesis dead, no averaging down) • TP1 / TP2: [level] / [level] • Result: [+/- %] → [X R] (trade-sharing card coming)
📉 The bias of $TSLA
META doesn’t interest me because of its stock: I care about the mechanism. If a car company’s capex tells AI “you’re not going to make that much money,” I’m not the first one to sell—the Nasdaq is, and BTC follows 3 hours later. That’s what I trade.
❓ A question—and I really do read your replies: If BTC loses the daily EMA50 ($80,863) and closes 4h below $80,809: A) wait for a bounce to VWAP before looking for a short B) short right at the range open
Reply with A or B + why. I’ll respond to EVERY comment you leave today.
