A wallet that withdrew 3,000 ETH from a centralized exchange (CEX) in 2017 transferred the funds to another CEX after remaining dormant for about 9.5 years. According to BlockBeats On-chain Detection, the transfer was observed about 10 minutes before the report on October 22. The ETH had appreciated approximately 128-fold since the withdrawal.
