What brings people back to a game: the rewards, or content they still want to play after the rewards stop? Assets can be transferred and traded, which makes circulation more convenient; that doesn’t automatically mean the gameplay is appealing, nor can it answer for players, “Will I still be playing tomorrow?”

Binance spot, rolling 24 hours: $IMX -3.11% (rolling 24 hours). Binance spot, rolling 24 hours: $GALA -4.06% (rolling 24 hours). Binance spot, rolling 24 hours: $AXS -3.77% (rolling 24 hours). These are the respective price movements—not ratings of game quality, and they don’t explain user retention or the reasons for the declines.

What I’d rather see is verifiable usage data: once the incentives fade, do players still have a reason to come back? Who benefits from the convenience of asset circulation, and who finds the gameplay fun? Without direct news of an application or usage data, I won’t fill in the project’s report card for it. Tokens can move assets; in the end, it’s the game itself that has to give people a reason to stay. #GameFi #application
