WALLET 0x6046 IS HOLDING $141 MILLION IN LONG BTC AND ETH POSITIONS ON HYPERLIQUID
When I checked at 11 a.m. today, wallet 0x6046...b21d had 1,236 BTC long, worth about $102.4 million, with an entry price of $81,993, plus around 15,928 ETH long, worth $38.9 million, with an entry price of $2,410. Its unrealized profit was around $1.6 million.
I noticed this wallet has been holding its BTC long for nearly two months. According to its trade history, on August 25 it closed a BTC short at a loss of around $810,000 and then flipped long. It hasn’t closed any of that position since. The additional 300 BTC bought at $85,848 on September 22 is down nearly $900,000, but the wallet still hasn’t cut its losses.
A 1% move in BTC changes the value of its BTC position by around $1 million. The page lists the BTC liquidation price at $69.2K, 16.5% below the current price. This wallet could also be hedging with positions elsewhere, which I can’t see.
