One of the largest overnight alternative trading systems (ATS) in the United States experienced intermittent network connectivity issues from 10:46 (Vietnam Time) on October 21, 2026, to 13:30 (Vietnam Time) on October 21, 2026.

As a result, the premium index for TradFi Perpetual Contracts with any U.S. stock as the underlying asset during the affected period will be excluded from the Funding Rate calculation at 15:00 (Vietnam Time) on October 21, 2026.
