To expand the range of trading options offered on Binance Futures and enhance users’ trading experience, the following contract(s) will be accepted for trading on Binance RIE and by Binance RCH for clearing and settlement at the times indicated below:

• 21/10/2026 16:00 (Vietnam Time): CEGUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract 

• 21/10/2026 16:05 (Vietnam Time): BACUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract 

• 21/10/2026 16:10 (Vietnam Time): IBKRUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract 

• 21/10/2026 16:20 (Vietnam Time): MDTUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract

Note: 

• This information is published as a Notice under Rules 75 and 89 of the Exchange Rules and a Notice under Rule 76.6 of the Clearing Rules.

• The above-mentioned Perpetual Contracts are exempt from Rule 8.1 on Adjustments to the Funding Interval. The funding interval will not be adjusted from every eight hours to every one hour when the previous funding rate of the above-mentioned Perpetual Contracts reaches the funding rate cap or floor. Binance Futures will issue a separate announcement if it decides to increase the funding frequency of the above-mentioned Perpetual Contracts to once every hour.

• Binance RIE may adjust the trading parameters of the above Contract(s) from time to time in accordance with the Exchange Rules and Exchange Procedures. The trading parameters applicable at any given time are set out in the relevant Contract Specifications and the Trading Parameters Table (USDⓈ-M Futures Contracts). 

• Binance RCH may adjust the maximum leverage and margin requirements in accordance with the Clearing Rules and Clearing Procedures. The applicable maximum leverage and margin requirements are set out in the Leverage and Margin Table (USDⓈ-M Futures Contracts). 

• Binance RCH may adjust funding in accordance with the Clearing Rules and Clearing Procedures. The applicable funding parameters are set out in the Funding Table (USDⓈ-M Futures Contracts).
