FINMA has approved the first Swiss-law spot $BTC ETF for retail investors—BBIT from BIT Asset Management. It’s expected to list on SIX in November. This is a Swiss fund, not a UCITS fund, and not an ETN with issuer risk—the coins are held directly~
Most of Europe has had ETPs/ETNs until now. Switzerland giving a spot fund the green light directly this time—I’m telling you, the tide is really turning, haha.
What do you guys think—will European retail investors catch up with the US stock market’s wave?
