I've been burned chasing news before, so these days I take a moment to pause when I come across this kind of thing.
Today I saw a post: Circle's Arc has launched Arc Portal, an all-in-one on-chain platform. This kind of news usually doesn't affect the price right away, so it's best to just keep an eye on it.
