According to Jin10, The Wall Street Journal reported that Iran’s shadow tanker fleet, which held millions of barrels of crude aboard dozens of tankers anchored in Asian waters during much of the conflict, has run out of oil to transport. Kpler analysts said the reserves were fully depleted by mid-October because a U.S. naval blockade prevented Iran from replenishing its crude supplies. Tehran had sold the oil for billions of dollars in urgently needed cash.
