How can you verify a transaction using a block explorer? Many people can't answer!
The confirmation count roughly indicates how many blocks have been added to the chain since the transaction was included in a block. The higher the number, the less likely the transaction is to be rolled back.
A block explorer only reads public on-chain data. You don't need to connect a wallet to look up a transaction. If a page requires you to connect a wallet before you can view it, it's likely a fake.
Wallet security isn't a one-time thing. Maintaining good habits is far more useful than trying to find a solution after something goes wrong.
