🚨 ETH is back above 2,500, but I saw the exact same “trade call” copy on my timeline
On October 21, ETH rebounded from around 2,370 and climbed back above 2,500, closing the day at around 2,513, up about 2%, with trading volume picking up.
Opinions are sharply divided:
🔹 Ash Crypto is excited, eyeing a “UPTOBER” rally to 3,000
🔹 Ted Pillows is more cautious, saying ETH is still weak unless it holds above 2,550, and a pullback could first test 2,400–2,450
That’s all normal—markets move amid disagreement.
But what really made me want to post this was something else 👇
I came across at least three different accounts on X posting almost exactly the same thing:
“Yesterday I gave you BTC and ETH: BTC entry at 81,400, ETH entry at 2,365; take profit at BTC 85–88K, ETH 2,500–2,700. Click the link below to join the free signals group.”
Then they piled on a bunch of trending hashtags completely unrelated to crypto.
Same words, different profile picture—that’s a textbook example of a “post-hoc trade call.”
Once the price has gone up, they say, “I told you yesterday.” Zero risk. Anyone can do that.
My take:
This ETH move is worth watching, but there are only a few key levels. You can watch for yourself to see whether it holds above 2,550 and whether there’s support on a retest of 2,400–2,450. No need to join some group.
A “free signals group” will most likely turn into a paid group, a futures signals service, or send you straight to a phishing link.
Before copying anyone’s trades, look back at their calls from a few weeks ago and see what happened to the ones they got wrong.
Do you think ETH has really established itself above 2,500 this time, or will it get shaken out once more before reaching 2,550?
