With three price movements side by side, the easiest mistake is to treat price as an explanation. Binance spot rolling 24-hour snapshot: $MITO -24.85% (24 hours), $ALT +33.91% (24 hours), $GTC -16.34% (24 hours). These figures describe only price changes. They don’t prove that anyone is pumping or dumping, nor do they tell us that something is wrong with a project.

What I most want to verify is whether there’s enough spot-market liquidity behind the sharp rises and falls. Right now, we don’t have data on order-book depth, the concentration of holdings, or fund flows. Trading volume can’t stand in for order-book depth, either. So claims that “someone is manipulating the market” or that “the risks have already worsened” go beyond the known facts. A rise could reflect sustained demand, or just short-term volatility. A fall is worth watching, but it doesn’t mean the price will go to zero.

I may also be putting too much weight on short-term price swings. If verifiable data emerges later—such as sustained spot demand or changes in the order book and holdings—I’ll adjust my view accordingly. Without that evidence, none of these three price movements is a conclusion yet. I’m wary of missing an opportunity, but also of being swept along by impressive gains, so I’ll first separate what I see from what I’m guessing.
