If one private key is exposed, are the assets inevitably lost?
Multisig can’t protect you if all the signers are tricked: if everyone confirms without checking the transaction details, even a high threshold is useless.
In a 2-of-3 multisig, if one private key is lost, the other two can still sign; if two are lost, the assets can’t be moved.
