A lesson from personal experience: I used to see a chain’s TVL surge and immediately assume its token would rise too. Later, I realized that TVL is measured in dollars, so it naturally fluctuates with asset prices. Sometimes, a single large transfer by one or two whales can make the figures change dramatically.
So when I see Near’s on-chain TVL up 11.15% in 24 hours ($214 million → $238 million), I just make a note of it and check back a few days later to see if the increase has held. What about you, friends in $NEAR ?
