As expected, Binance Alpha’s money-making effect is continuing to grow. All kinds of tokens are taking off—one small move and you’re up 30%; give them a proper pump and it’s 50–100%. Just like I predicted on the 18th, this is incredibly strong. Be sure to keep an eye on it!
Main reasons:
1. Many tokens have been falling for a very, very long time. Some launched last year or earlier this year and have dropped from market caps of tens of millions to just a few million—a 5x or 10x decline. Take GSTOCK, for example: it’s down 10x. Most of the weak hands have already been shaken out, and the floating supply has been cleared out too.
2. Highly concentrated holdings + market makers actively controlling the price. For many Alpha tokens, the top ten addresses directly control 70% or even more than 90% of the supply. Market makers are sitting on an absurdly large amount of tokens. They’ve already paid the costs to get onto Alpha and even opened futures contracts, so it wouldn’t make sense for them not to pump it.
Right now, market makers are buying up enough supply and then lighting the fuse. A little follow-through from retail and a slight inflow of capital, and 30% is just the starting point; 50%–100% is perfectly normal. The longer and harder a token has fallen, the more explosive its rebound can be.
This is currently a low-price, high-upside window. For example, $4Stock and $FLORK are only a little over 3 million in market cap; BREW is just over 4 million; BASED is a little over 10 million. There are plenty more to check out. Just think of those altcoins with market caps of a few million as on-chain golden dogs. The risk-reward looks good. Are we back to blindly aping in?
