Knowledge Notes | Insurance Fund and ADL
① On Binance, when a position is liquidated, a liquidation clearance fee is charged based on its notional value and the applicable fee rate. Binance collects this fee and may transfer all or part of it to the Insurance Fund.
② When ADL occurs, the system selects profitable positions in the opposite direction according to their ranking and closes part of them at the bankruptcy price of the liquidated position.
③ After ADL, your position may be partially reduced, so be sure to review your original take-profit and stop-loss orders and hedging plans.
