Liquidity is exceptionally poor! After briefly dipping to around 83,100 in the morning, the market saw a short-lived technical rebound. It has once again entered a bottoming-and-recovery pattern, with Bitcoin fluctuating around 82,700 and Ethereum similarly ranging around 2,440. Overall volatility is extremely low. This morning, I suggested buying on a pullback, but the price never pulled back as hoped to around 82,500. Given the current pace, we can choose to enter early with a small initial long position.
Rather than passively waiting, it’s better to take the initiative. On the four-hour chart, the market is consolidating at a high level, with bullish and bearish candles alternating. Bullish candles keep testing resistance at the upper Bollinger Band, driving the broader market higher. The bullish momentum is leading the market. On the hourly chart, the middle band has once again provided strong support. After rising in the morning, the market briefly pulled back for a correction. The pullback was clearly limited, and the price stabilized and rebounded. We’ll stick to our outlook for the coming sessions: remain bullish and look for long entries.
