A lot of the folks who used to farm airdrops with their studios have stopped, leaving them with a pile of old phones and no idea what to do with them.

Well, good news: Brother Long has been looking into @Acurast lately and realized this project is just what those studios needed. A lifesaver.

You can earn computing power just by leaving your phones running, and then get $ACU . What a wonderful thing.

But I figure some of you still aren’t sure how to get started, so Brother Long will explain the three things: Lite, Core, and Hub. How do they work together?

Lite is for regular users. It supports both Android and iOS, and doesn’t require a factory reset. On Android, it creates a separate workspace to isolate tasks, making it a good way to try things out with a phone you already have.

Core is better suited to dedicated Android devices used for computing. It requires a factory reset so the device can run Processor exclusively. In official benchmark tests, Core typically scores 15% to 20% higher than Lite. If I were already deploying devices in bulk for a studio, I’d look into Core first.

You can think of Hub as a device management dashboard. Once you have a lot of phones, configuring them and checking their status one by one becomes a hassle, so managing them all in one place is much more efficient. Later, we could also look into whether Grok Bot can help with management and reduce repetitive tasks.

Then you can convert the studio phones to DC power, and they’ll be ready to run.

Checking your computing power every day is so much fun. It feels great.
