If you're still ignoring small and mid-cap alts in favor of only stacking $BTC, stop now.
Watching Bitcoin inch forward while everything else rips is a special kind of regret. You hold, you wait, then you chase and get wrecked on the reversal.
Since late August their market cap has grown 41% compared to $BTC's 7%, according to CryptoQuant. The numbers line up with those early 2021 days when $ETH started pulling capital away from Bitcoin and the alts went on a tear.
2017 played out similarly, with Bitcoin dominance dropping as new projects took over. Now the same pattern is showing up with $SOL and the mid-caps grabbing the flows.
What's your take, real alt rotation or another fakeout before $BTC reclaims the spotlight?
