NIP Group has signed an agreement to acquire Bitcoin mining equipment with a total computing capacity of about 4.47 EH/s. According to Odaily, the deal is valued at up to $27.3 million, and the Abu Dhabi-based publicly listed esports company will issue up to 247.1 million Class A ordinary shares to the seller. The acquisition would increase its deployed capacity to about 13.85 EH/s.

NIP Group expects monthly output to reach about 195 BTC once all the equipment is deployed, up from its previous target of 160 BTC. The equipment is already operating at hosted facilities and could add to the company’s Bitcoin production after the deal closes.

NIP Group began Bitcoin mining in July 2025. The company said the additional capacity will support its digital infrastructure strategy and that it plans to expand into AI, high-performance computing and gaming applications.
