【Market Flash】1inch is shutting down its crypto debit card: New registrations have stopped, and cardholders are required to withdraw their balances by December 18, 2026, at the latest. Missing the deadline does not mean the money is gone—under Section 16 of the issuer’s terms, any remaining e-wallet balance can still be redeemed for up to six years after the account is closed. However, the account is now managed by Crypto Life, and 1inch has explicitly said it cannot guarantee the exact shutdown date. The card only launched in April 2024 in partnership with Mastercard, yet as crypto card transaction volume rose 33% to $4.31 billion in the third quarter, it is already bowing out. Do you still have unwithdrawn balances on crypto cards like this?
