In that Netflix documentary about FTX, former COO Constance Wang said the trailer had her breaking down after just 30 seconds. She complained that the way the show portrayed SBF, Caroline Ellison, and the others didn’t match what she experienced firsthand. In other words, even an insider thinks it’s overdramatic—this thing seems to have a fair bit of screenwriter imagination.
I’m just sitting back and watching. The FTX mess was already outrageous enough—did they really need to dramatize it further and rub salt in retail investors’ wounds?
