Revolut suffered a widespread outage on Tuesday morning. Users opening the app saw a blank assets page, while cryptocurrency and stock trading services were unavailable. In Portugal alone, 31 affected services were listed. The company said the outage was related to a Google Cloud outage in London (starting at 7:08 Lisbon time). Customer funds and data remain safe, and teams are working to fix the issue, but no restoration timeline was provided. Card payments and transfers also failed in several parts of Europe.
