Two-step verification and anti-phishing codes, explained in three sentences:
An anti-phishing code is a string of characters that you set yourself in your Binance account; once set, it will appear in all legitimate emails sent by Binance.
Only you and Binance know your anti-phishing code, so phishing emails can't include it; however, the code is mainly for verifying emails, and you still need to check the domain to make sure a website is genuine.
When setting up an authenticator app, make a note of the displayed key so you can restore it quickly if you change phones.
