Nasdaq-listed company SKYAI ($SKYA) has sold off its entire previous holding of more than 2 million SOL and announced a $201 million stock and warrant buyback program.

When publicly traded companies add crypto assets to their treasuries, the market typically views it as a bullish signal. But a treasury strategy doesn't mean they can only buy and never sell. With its holdings now cleared out, SKYAI's exposure to SOL will change, making it worth reassessing the company's capital allocation priorities.

However, the sale alone isn't enough to conclude that the company is bearish on SOL. How the proceeds are used, how much of the buyback program is actually carried out, and whether management adjusts its long-term strategy will determine whether this move ultimately benefits shareholders or is simply an asset swap.
