$PHA The 0.0609 level marked in the previous post has now been closed below. Price has retreated from 0.0635 at the time of that post to 0.0595 USDT. It’s down 6.89% net over the past four hours, with the final hour alone dropping -3.88%. The four-hour high only reached 0.0648, one notch below the previous post’s 0.0654.

The part that hasn’t lined up is the cost side. Price has fallen more than 6%, but the funding rate has only moved from -0.042% to a slightly more negative -0.056%, still almost hugging the zero line. Momentum is fading, but funding costs haven’t shifted much further in either direction. So far, the cost side has yet to weigh in on this pullback.

Meanwhile, volume has actually picked up: 24H trading volume has grown from about 8.58 million USDT to about 15.61 million, an increase of nearly 80%. Price is retreating while trading volume is rising—the two are moving in opposite directions.

Two levels to watch next: a move back above 0.0609 and holding there would be the first sign this pullback has been contained. A close below the four-hour low of 0.0576 would put 0.0504 from the previous post in view. The next funding rate settlement is at 16:00 Taipei time: if the reading moves significantly further into negative territory, the cost side will have weighed in; if it stays near the zero line, this remains a price-driven move.

The other side of the picture is worth keeping in mind: the 24-hour change is still +24.5%, and volatility is inherently high. After a sharp rally, it’s still unclear whether this first pullback is just a breather or the start of a broader retreat.
