XRP's steady institutional bid just skipped a beat.

US spot XRP ETFs recorded their first weekly outflow in 13 weeks — about $1.84 million left the funds over October 12–16, per SoSoValue data. The week turned on Friday: a single $2.47 million redemption from Canary Capital's XRPC tipped the balance; without it, the week would have finished slightly green. Bitwise's fund shed about $3 million while Franklin Templeton's XRPZ added roughly $3.6 million.

Keep the scale in view: $1.84 million is about 0.12% of the funds' $1.47 billion in assets, and cumulative inflows still sit near $1.8 billion. The tape barely blinked — XRP held around $1.30, up on the day, with BTC at $82,010 and ETH at $2,401.

What it tells us: after three straight months of net creations, the marginal ETF buyer hesitated. One wobble doesn't end a trend — but thirteen straight green weeks made these funds the steadiest bid in the market.

Is this the first crack in XRP's institutional bid, or just one redemption in a rough week? NFA. DYOR.
