Why this matters specifically for Serbia
Serbia is not a member of the EU or the European Economic Area, so Binance’s pause on new users from the EU starting July 1, 2026, doesn’t apply here: sign-ups from Serbia work as usual. What is a Binance referral code?
A Binance referral code is an invitation identifier that links your new account to an existing user and returns a portion of their commission to you as cashback on trading fees. Binance calls this a kickback. The percentage is fixed for each code when it is created and is shown on the sign-up page, so you can check it before confirming. Each account can have only one referrer, permanently.
How to deposit money from Serbia
No major global exchange accepts direct deposits in dinars. In practice, there are three options:
SEPA in euros: from a foreign-currency account that most people already have. As of May 2026, this is the simplest and usually cheapest option.
P2P for dinars: on Binance P2P, you buy USDT from another user and pay by bank transfer in dinars (often via Intesa or Raiffeisen). P2P is commission-free for buyers, but check the seller: a high order completion rate, payment from an account in your name, and only click “Paid” once you’ve actually sent the money.
