It’s been a long time since I talked about the Shanghai Composite.
Seems like everyone has given up hope.

Let me give you all a pep talk.

At the moment, there’s bullish bottom divergence across all timeframes from 5 minutes to daily.

On the 30-minute Chan Theory chart, the “little flower” is showing resonance among the blue, yellow, and purple lines.

But structurally speaking, after a 30-minute upswing in this rebound, there’s a very high probability of a third sell point.

If the third sell point doesn’t make a new low: blue-line move → 30-minute upward move → one weekly upswing.

If the third sell point makes a new low: green-line move → 30-minute upward move → one weekly upswing.

In any case, sentiment has hit rock bottom.

The policy bottom is already in. Usually, a market bottom follows within a month.

The darkness before dawn—I still deeply love my A-share market~
