Part 56 | Flag Pattern
In a flag pattern, after a sharp move (the pole), price slows down a bit and forms a small flag, then continues in the same direction. This offers one of the best low-risk entry opportunities in the direction of the trend.
How to trade:
1. Identify the flag after a strong pole
2. Enter in the direction of the trend when the flag breaks out
3. Place the stop-loss at the opposite edge of the flag
Remember: A flag is a pause in the trend, not the end of it.
