Let’s talk about multisig wallets.
On Ethereum, a multisig wallet is usually a smart contract, with the list of signers and the signing threshold specified in the contract.
To be honest, I hadn’t paid attention to this before: for Bitcoin multisig, besides backing up the seed phrase, you also need to back up the wallet descriptor and all public keys.
A quick look: $BTC is currently at 82245.34 (24h +0.95%).
It’s safer to keep most of your assets in a self-custody wallet and only keep a small amount on hand for everyday use.
