One thing I’ve been thinking about lately: Hyperliquid has proposed five regulatory changes to the SEC: airdrops shouldn’t be considered securities, and token buybacks should also be exempt.
My first reaction was that it’s somewhat encouraging. But even though I’m happy about it, I’m not changing my position just like that.
