Public companies aren’t just putting their shares on-chain anymore—they’re now stepping in as issuers themselves.

OpenWorld (NASDAQ: OPNW) signed a definitive agreement yesterday to acquire Blocksight, which automates the entire RWA tokenization financing process—from deal structuring and asset data verification to investor onboarding, daily reporting, and ongoing services. Key decisions, however, still require human approval.

Behind this is a tokenized financing plan worth over $1.1 billion, covering solar power plants + AI computing capacity + intellectual property.

But note:
Both financing proposals are non-binding expressions of interest.
